1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using HytaleConnect.net (the “Website” / the “Service”), creating an account, submitting a server listing, voting, posting content, or purchasing a promotion service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply worldwide. Some jurisdictions grant mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those mandatory rights.

3. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Operator” — SECURIFY sp. z o.o.
  • “You”, “User” — any person or entity using the Service
  • “Account” — a user profile created on the Service
  • “Listing” — a server entry submitted to the Service
  • “Server” — a multiplayer server related to the game Hytale
  • “Vote” — a vote recorded by the Service for a Listing
  • “Promotion / Promoted Listing” — a paid digital service that increases a Listing’s visibility for a specified duration

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Accounts and Security

  • Registration: Free, but may be required.
  • Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your Account.

6. The Service and Availability

  • The Service provides a directory/listing of Hytale servers and related information.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uptime or that any Listing will always be displayed.

7. Server Listings

  • Free submission; account required.
  • Right to list: You represent that you own, operate, or have permission to list and (if applicable) promote the Server.
  • Accurate and non-misleading: Listing details must not be false, misleading, or deceptive.
  • Prohibited content: Listings must not include unlawful content, hate/harassment, pornography, or IP-infringing content (see Section 12).

8. Duplicate Listings and Address Changes

  • Multiple addresses allowed (with limits): We do not forbid adding servers under more than one address.
  • Duplicate marking: Duplicate Listings may be marked as duplicates and displayed no more than once in public lists.
  • IP/domain change: You may be required to contact us or follow a process described on the Website.
  • No vote merging: Votes from multiple Listings cannot be merged into a single Listing.

9. Voting, Vote Validity, Verification

  • Voting limit: One (1) Vote per Listing per 24 hours.
  • Vote expiration: Votes expire after 180 days.
  • Verification and anti-fraud: Fraudulent or automated votes may be removed.
  • Ranking not guaranteed: Rankings may change due to anti-abuse or service improvements.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove Content or Listings and take actions including:

  • limiting features
  • freezing or delisting Listings
  • resetting votes
  • suspending or terminating Accounts
  • blocking access

11. Promotion (Paid Service)

  • What it is: Paid digital service increasing Listing visibility.
  • How it works: Applied automatically after payment confirmation.
  • No auctions / no bidding.
  • No performance guarantee.
  • Refunds: Generally final once promotion starts, except where required by law.
  • Fraud / chargeback abuse: May result in suspension or termination.

12. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not submit content that is:

  • pornographic or sexually explicit
  • hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory
  • unlawful
  • infringing intellectual property rights
  • malware, phishing, scams
  • spam or unauthorized advertising

Manipulation of votes or rankings is strictly prohibited.

13. User Content License

You retain ownership of your Content.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

14. Third-Party Servers and Links

The Service links to third-party servers and websites.
We are not responsible for them, and use is at your own risk.

15. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer of Affiliation

  • The Service is owned by or licensed to the Operator.
  • Hytale disclaimer: “Hytale” is a trademark of Hypixel Studios Limited.
  • No affiliation: HytaleConnect.net is not affiliated with Hypixel Studios unless stated otherwise.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Governing law: Laws of Poland
  • Consumer protection: Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected
  • Business users: Exclusive jurisdiction — Warsaw, Poland
  • EU consumers: May sue in their country of domicile or Poland

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms apply when posted on the Website.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
